Service requests and estimates
A website form, phone call, text, or estimate request does not create a service contract or guarantee availability, timing, diagnosis, pricing, or acceptance of a job. Service scope, pricing, scheduling, warranties, and other job-specific terms will be addressed separately before work begins.
Online requests are not monitored as an emergency service. If you smell gas, see fire or smoke, suspect carbon monoxide, or face another urgent safety issue, leave the area and contact 911 or the appropriate utility provider.
SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
Schneider Heating and Air offers an optional service-messaging program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
If you check the SMS consent box on our service-request form, Schneider Heating and Air may send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide about your estimate request, scheduling, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, and service or account notices. This consent covers service-related messages only; it does not authorize unrelated promotional text messages.
Service-message frequency varies based on your request, appointments, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging availability may vary by carrier, location, and device.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, that you are authorized to consent to texts at that number, and that you will notify us if the number changes.
Opt out and help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or by calling us at (562) 516-0629. We will also honor any reasonable message that clearly asks us to stop. After an opt-out, we may send one non-promotional message confirming the request, and then no further messages covered by that consent.
Reply HELP for assistance or call us at (562) 516-0629. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from calling us or asking us to contact you through another method.
